Using 2D in an image

Enter our first photo competition...

Anyone can enter - all you need is a creative and a little quirky mind. The basic criteria is you need to use the 2D aspect of a photo (the fact that photos are flat, not 3D) to provide an image that create's some form of emotion or feeling.

Entry is free and the winner will be announced on episode 6 - 22nd Nov 11.

The winning entry will receive a prize voucher of 6sqm of Michael's new Photo Wallpaper product to the value of $414

1. Digital images via e-mail only;

2. Please type 'I agree with terms and conditions' in email content;

3. Images must be owned by the person submitting the image (or parent/guardian);

4. You must have agreement and approval of any person in the image;

5. Images will be used by Striking Images on website for promotional use;

6. Images may be selected for promotional calendars or other print use;

7. Image subject matter can be of anything;

8. Image composition must include a 2D element e.g. combining the background with the foreground to make the image look flat;

9. Image must be a photograph that has not been digitally modified;

10. Striking Images reserves the right to cancel the competition or modify terms and conditions of entry during the competition;
